Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement front-end code, including Angular upgrades, code refactoring, and creating reusable components for efficient development.
- Build intuitive and effective user interfaces that are responsive and accessible.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end applications with APIs and other services.
- Translate technical specifications into tested, functional applications.
- Create programming specifications, write and debug code, and conduct unit tests.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during development, implementation, and migration.
- Deliver scalable solutions using cloud-native architectures to meet modern application needs.
Required Skills & Experience
Must Have
- Strong proficiency in Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
- Demonstrated experience building reusable components and libraries for scalable applications.
- Experience with cloud-native solutions and microservices architecture.
General Skills
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming and modern design patterns.
- Strong understanding of system integration principles, tools, and techniques for multi-platform systems.
- Expertise in responsive and accessible design compliant with WCAG 2.0 and AODA Standards.
- Experience working with CI/CD tools like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with APIs, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive frameworks.
- Knowledge of rapid application development (RAD) and middleware integration.
- Experience with Angular upgrades
- Familiarity with relational and hierarchical database technologies.
- Experience writing user and system documentation.
Soft Skills

Please note, this position is listed as “Onsite”; the resource is expected to work 7.25 hours per calendar day between the standard working hours of 8:00-5:00 PM (excluding lunch breaks) every Monday to Friday inclusive at the identified OPS office location.
Evaluation Criteria:
Technical Expertise and Problem-Solving (70%)
- Proficiency in Angular, reusable components, cloud-native solutions, and modern front-end technologies.
- Experience with system integration, microservices, and CI/CD tools.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, responsive design, and AODA compliance.
- Ability to implement complex requirements using modern design practices.
Collaboration and Delivery (30%)
- Ability to work effectively across teams, build stakeholder relationships, and ensure alignment.
- Proven track record of delivering accessible, high-quality, and timely solutions.
