Description

• Design, development, and review of the education and communication strategy curriculum and training documentation for all HSPs implemented on the MIS and HRIS solutions

• Online Learning Management System support and document maintenance 

• Provide guidance of the design and development of training and communication materials for working groups, information sessions stakeholders and other subject matter experts

• Facilitate working group and information sessions both internally and externally to gain understanding of educational training needs in a variety of formats

• Create, manage, and publish project and department communications through the approval process

• Consult and facilitate the delivery of technical training relating to MIS and HRIS software and reporting needs in conjunction with other resources, including legislative, and pandemic requirements (XX%)

• Follow industry best practices, processes, and policies that are required to maintain and support privacy and security requirements.

Experience Requirements

Public Sector Experience

·       
2+ years
working in Public Sector in Health Care

·       
Knowledge of
personal health information protection legislative requirements and how they
apply to developing and maintaining healthcare systems containing personal
health information (PHI)

Assignment Type: Onsite

This position is listed as “Onsite”; the resource is expected to work 7.25 hours per calendar day between the standard working hours of 8:00-5:00 PM (excluding lunch breaks) every Monday to Friday inclusive at the identified OPS office location.
