Role: Senior Identity Access Management Consultant
- Lead design and deployment of the OIAM 12C environment. Research new service releases from the vendor and recommend/implement patches to keep OPS Secure and BPS Secure in the compliance with OPS security requirements.
- Research OIAM 12C new features to develop solutions for program area applications to integrate with OPS Secure and BPS Secure in an optimized fashion. Review program area business flows and requirements to advise on technical solution.
- Conduct a technical gap analysis on OIAM 12C out of box offerings. Propose enhancement designs for workflow configurations.
- Gather firewall rule requirements for the new 12C environment.
- Manage certificates on the OIAM 12C environment. Develop a methodology to update certificates on a federation service.
- Design and support proofs-of-concept (POCs) to explore and utilize OIAM 12C features to fulfill requirements from the program area on various hosting platforms.
- Design and document the OPS Secure and BPS Secure integration solution. Develop a detailed configuration procedure.
- Research OIAM 12C rest API offerings. Review program area business flows and requirements to recommend proper API usage.
- Manage issues and risks (e.g., identify, monitor, escalate, resolve, and report) through the team. Escalate issues to the Manager or Project Manager. Inform the issues logs and risk registers for the overall project, if applicable.
- Perform POCs of the options for remediating risk and improving the stability and performance of OPS Secure and BPS Secure.
- Provide regular communication and status updates to the Manager or Project Manager.

1. Sustainment of Large Identity Systems – 40%
· 10+ years experience sustaining (e.g., administration, operations, support, patching, monitoring, starting/ stopping) commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) based identity and access management systems.
· At least 4 years experience must be related to Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Plus.
· At least 4 years experience must be related to implementations with over 10,000 registered users.
· 3+ years experience with the Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) for COTS implementations.
· 2+ years of experience with Nagios and other system monitoring tools (e.g., Big Brother).
· Working knowledge and understanding of IT security technologies, particularly encryption and authentication technologies such as public key infrastructure (PKI), privilege management infrastructure (PMI) and secure sockets layer (SSL).
2. Sustainment of Large Application Implementations – 30%
· 10+ years experience designing, developing, deploying, and sustaining large application implementations based on the following technology products: Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite, OHS, Tomcat, Windows Internet Information Server (IIS), IBM HTTP Server, Apache, IBM WebSphere, Oracle database 11g (and later), Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition, Solaris, Windows, AIX, and Linux.
· Experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes such as Service Level Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, and Capacity Management.
3. Incident and Problem Management – 20%
· 10+ years experience triaging, analysing, diagnosing (i.e., troubleshooting), evaluating options, and resolving application problems, especially those related to identity and access management systems and the above technologies.
· Experience with decision making processes.
4. Quality Assurance – 10%
· 10+ years experience with quality control and assurance methodologies and practices as applied to the implementation of applications with over 10,000 users.
· Experience with Change Management and Release Management as processes supporting the implementation of large applications.
· Experience with automated testing tools, such as Team Foundation Server (TFS).
· 3+ years experience with the Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) for COTS implementations or its predecessors (e.g., Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM)) or equivalents.
